DHS Real Estate Investment Management completed the installation of 13,166 solar panels on the 40,000 sqm roof of DC Distripark in Dordrecht together with its partner Eneco Solar B.V.
The large roofs of these grade A warehouses are extremely suitable for the installation of solar panels and will not only provide its tenants with “Green Energy” but also delivers excess energy to the grid. The photovoltaic installation produces approximately 5.3GWh per annum which is comparable to the annual use of 2,100 average households.
