Amsterdam, March 02, 2026 – DHS Real Estate Investment Management have advised a leading institutional real estate investor in Europe with the acquisition of a logistics development site located at Gooikensdam 10 in Oosterhout.
The site has a total area of 23,000 square meters and offers the potential to develop a modern logistics warehouse of at least 16,400 square meters, that can be divided into two units.
Oosterhout benefits from strong regional infrastructure and proximity to key transport corridors, making it an attractive location for logistics and distribution activities. The development site provides flexibility for the construction of a future-proof, Breeam Excellent warehouse that can meet the growing demand for efficient and sustainable logistics facilities. The project is scheduled to start in 2026.
