DHS Real Estate Investment Management B.V. (‘DHS’) has entered into a new lease agreement with Change Customer Service B.V. for its office building Diana & Vesta in Amsterdam South East for approximately 450 sqm
The Diana & Vesta office building is part of the “Plaza Arena” office area and consists of 24,000 sqm office space and is part of the “Plaza Arena” office area. Diana & Vesta has a BREEAM-in-use Very Good certificate and an A+ energy label. Furthermore, the office building is equipped with various high-quality in-house facilities such as a fitness center, physiotherapist, coffee bar and a restaurant, allowing tenants to experience a high-end office experience within the Amsterdam Arena office district.
