DHS Real Estate Investment Management (DHS REIM) is looking for a driven real estate professional to fulfil the role of asset- / investment manager for our rapidly growing diversified portfolio across Logistics, Office and Residential real estate.
DHS REIM based on the vibrant South-Axis in Amsterdam is an independent real estate investment manager providing fully integrated services in the areas of investment management, asset management and leasing management. Our team built up a well-diversified real estate portfolio. The current amount of assets under management stands at €300mn and is expected to grow further through new ongoing acquisitions. Job description:
Investment Management
You will keep a close eye on the local market, to strategically source and transact on opportunities within the Benelux region with the goal of maximising returns for our investors.
Your structured investment method encompasses thorough local market and economic research, tenant information and property analysis which is managed through a vigorous and detailed technical, environmental, financing, structuring and legal due diligence process. You proactively approach owners, developers and municipalities in the Benelux market, as well as maintaining excellent relationships with national and local brokers, to source deals where we can “buy smart, add value, sell smart”.
Asset Management
Your primary task as an Asset Manager is to build long term, mutually beneficial relationships with our tenant customers. This enables DHS REIM to understand our tenants’ needs and flexibly meet their requirements.
Within this role you also set bespoke annual business plans for all assets and continuously review progress of every asset, in line with our investment strategy. Budgets, forecasts, plans and performance reports are prepared in a transparent and consistent manner to ensure all assets are managed efficiently and that we effectively maximise investment performance.
Who are you:
- You have 2-5 years of experience in asset- / investment management in real estate
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably commercial or financial
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- You are a reliable and committed business partner for our investors
- You are fun to work with and enjoying taking on new challenges
