DHS Real Estate Investment Management has acquired the distribution center from Royal Lemkes in Bleiswijk (Klappolder). The property consists of 40.000 sqm LFA and is located directly opposite the recently opened Zalando DC. DHS REIM has been launched last year by René de Heus and built up a portfolio of €350 million.
Seller is a private investor and has been advised by Hopman & Schreuder Bedrijfshuisvesting.
