DHS REIM recently concluded a new lease in the office building Diana & Vesta in Amsterdam South-east with existing tenant “The Office Operators”. The Office Operators will host the receptions, provide tenant services, and lease out smaller business units.
Next to the mentioned services, DHS will together with The Office Operators, create several meeting rooms that will enable the tenants of Diana & Vesta and external parties to book a meeting room for smaller or larger groups.

The focus in 2024 will be further optimizing the property by leasing out the last vacancy and in further improve the current sustainability level of the property.
