Strategic Partnership DHS REIM and PGIM Real Estate

29 September 2020 DHS Real Estate Investment Management (DHS REIM), an independent real estate manager based in Amsterdam, has been established by René de Heus to provide fully integrated services in the areas of investment management, asset management and leasing management. With in-depth knowledge of the Benelux real estate market, de Heus has executed over €2 billion in transactions in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg in the sectors of offices, logistics & residential in his previous roles.

DHS REIM have entered a strategic partnership with PGIM Real Estate to acquire and manage assets in the Dutch market. PGIM Real Estate is the real estate investment business of PGIM, the $1.3trn global investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc.

PGIM Real Estate has an existing presence in the Netherlands, having been active in the region across both its debt and equity platforms. This strategic partnership builds on and strengthens this ongoing activity, focused on PGIM Real Estate’s equity platform with DHS REIMproviding on-the-ground asset management support and sourcing deal origination for PGIM Real Estate’s European Core, Core Plus and Value-Add strategies.
