Ridderkerk, October 15 2025 – We’re thrilled to announce that the environmental permit for DC Logipoint Ridderkerk has officially been granted — marking the next big step toward realizing this premium, sustainable logistics development in the heart of the Nieuw Reijerwaard business park in Ridderkerk.
DC Logipoint will offer a total of 20,770 m² of high-quality logistics space, designed and built to meet the highest sustainability standards with a BREEAM Excellent certification.
The project includes:
✅ 18,290 m² of warehouse space
✅ 1,480 m² of mezzanine
✅ 1,000 m² of modern office space
The logistics center will be delivered as two independent units, offering maximum flexibility for tenants:
– Warehouse A: approx. 7,445 m² with 8 loading docks
– Warehouse B: approx. 13,325 m² with 13 loading docks
