DHS Real Estate Investment Management (‘DHS’) has signed a new, long-term lease agreement with TLS Supply Chain Solutions (‘TLS’) for its distribution centre located on the Maasvlakte in Rotterdam.
The distribution centre, measuring approximately 63,000 sqm, is divided into 4 units and is located at Zwarte Zeeweg 4-10 on the Maasvlakte. TLS will rent a unit measuring 12,800 sqm as of 1 June 2024, including approximately 600 sqm of office space and 24 parking spaces.
The modern and high-quality distribution centre was completed in 2021 and has been awarded an A+++++ and a BREEAM Very Good label.
