Amsterdam, October 10 2026 – Earlier this year, DHS Real Estate Investment Management and Baltisse Real Estate acquired this redevelopment site in the West-Brabant logistics hub.
DHS have successfully addressed the site’s environmental challenges. Several bat colonies have been successfully relocated, allowing construction to start a year earlier than anticipated!
This new development is located at Mijkenbroek 22 in the Municipality of Breda and covers a total of approximately 22,365 m², consisting of about 19,235 m² of warehouse space, around 1,600 m² of mezzanine, and roughly 1,530 m² of office space. Partial leasing is possible from approximately 5,130 m².
Construction is scheduled to start in Q1 2027, with completion of the new development targeted for Q4 2027.
